Fabric Inspection & Preparation

All fabrics are carefully inspected for quality, stretch, durability and consistency before entering production. This ensures the final product meets the performance required by motorsport and outdoor industries.

Cutting Department

Our cutting section operates at high efficiency with the capacity to prepare 16,000–18,000 panels per day. Each piece is cut accurately to maintain consistent sizing and comfort.

Stitching & Assembly

Skilled operators stitch each balaclava using precise techniques for durability, elasticity and a comfortable fit. We also accommodate custom stitching styles and pattern adjustments for different industries.

Branding & Labeling

We offer various branding options including printed labels, sublimation, woven labels and custom tags. This allows tracks and brands to receive fully customised balaclavas ready for retail or internal use.

Quality Control

Every balaclava is checked for stitching strength, size accuracy, fabric stretch and overall finish. Defective pieces are rejected or corrected immediately.

Packing & Dispatch

Products are packed according to export standards and prepared for courier or freight shipments. We handle both small-batch and large-volume orders with fast turnaround.
